I highly recommend a visit to this site, especially if you have access to a fast connection. Click on the featured videos button and be sure to watch the "Beat the Press" video. Each video starts with a brief loud commercial. (That is probably how they pay for the bandwidth.) After you have seen it once you can click near the end to skip it.
