Green Paradise

I have heard that Green Paradise has CLOSED but they are still doing live food catering. I plan to post more detail soon. I am going to leave the rest of this page as is to give an indication of some of the food choices.

Green Paradise, a new organic vegan raw food restaurant and juice bar located in Prospect Heights Brooklyn is now open! If you have not been there yet - go. If you have been there, then you know what I mean.

I was there on opening day and I took a few pictures. I hope to have more pictures in the future.

Hi Everyone!

As of Thursday, September 5, 2002, Green Paradise organic vegan raw food restaurant and juice bar is now open! At present, our hours are 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm every day - seven days a week. If you arrive a little before 2:30 pm, we will not turn you away, but we might not have all items on the menu ready. We plan to extend our hours from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm once we get truly settled in.

We do not have a printed menu yet. We are changing the menu daily and continuously add new dishes each day. Once we have established what the crowd likes we will provide printed menus.

We are located at 609 Vanderbilt Ave., betw. St Marks & Bergen St. in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn. The closest subway lines are the #2 or 3 Trains which stop at the Bergen St. or Grand Army Plaza stations. Either one is within walking distance of the restaurant (Bergen St. is a slightly shorter walk). The Q Train, 7th Ave. station stop is not far from the restaurant either.
